High Plains Community Health Center will celebrate the re-opening of the Wiley Clinic with a Community Open House on September 9th, 4 – 6 pm. Long-time area physician, Dr. John Abbott and his team will be available to offer healthy snacks, talk to you about our services, and greet patients and interested community members. “My vision for the Wiley Clinic is to have the same great health care opportunities that we have at the High Plains’ Lamar offices, i.e. preventive health care with health coaching, chronic disease management, neck and back manipulations, weight management, and a community garden to help the members of the Wiley area be as healthy as they can be” stated Dr. Abbott. Patients can call the Wiley Clinic at (719) 829-4286 to schedule an appointment. Dr. Abbott will continue to see patients in Lamar, in addition to his time in the Wiley Clinic. |
