Emergency and After Hours Care

In the event of a severe situation, or one in which you are in doubt, go immediately to the Emergency Room of the nearest hospital. At the hospital, tell the Emergency Room attendant you are a High Plains patient. If you need to make an appointment or have a question, please call 719-336-0261. Your call will be answered by our answering service.

Extended Hours

In an effort to better serve you and help you avoid costly ER visits, High Plains has extended office hours. We have appointments available until 7:30 at night and 8-5 on Saturdays.
