PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

If you are having trouble paying in full at the time of service, you can meet with a billing tech to set up payment arrangements.  Accounts will be considered current as long as a payment is received at least every 30 days.  Otherwise, accounts that are over 90 days without regular payments will be sent to collections.  Please contact BILLING at 719-336-8445 if you have questions regarding your bill.

Dental appointments that are non-emergency appointments will require the patient to pay their portion at the time of service.  If the patient is unable to pay the balance, a dental payment arrangement will be completed.  The patient will not be able to schedule a follow-up dental appointment until the balance is paid.  Patients in pain will not be denied services due to inability to pay.

If you do not have insurance or have a large deductible, High Plains offers enrollment in various programs so you can receive your medical and/or dental care at a discount price.  Eligibility determinations are done by appointment only.  Call 336-0261 for more information and an appointment.  You may want to see if you are eligible for the following:
